What is considered STTN?

DD goes to bed at 6 PM and wakes between 1 and 2AM to feed. She sleeps again until 6:30 AM.  Is that first round techically considered STTN cause she sleeps for 7-8 hours. It sure doesn't feel like STTN cause she goes to bed so early but from what I read its the number of hours they sleep at a time. Is that correct?  I don't think I'd consider it until I get a full night sleep
