home remedies for congestion?

Anyone know of anything to help with congestion besides a decongestant? I've tried the netti pot, but it's not helping too much, and I can't take decongestants.

Any suggestions?

    Yes.  Or even just boiling a pot of water and sitting over the steam.

    Hot peppermint tea, and make sure you breathe in some steam while drinking it.  Vicks Vapor rub on your chest at night, can also try on feet with socks before bed (which sounds weird but works, don't ask me why though). You can also use a saline nose spray to help moisten your nasal passages/sinuses.  If you're having a lot of pain/pressure in your sinuses, sometimes a warm/hot pack (moist heat) to the area helps.

    What about chicken fajitas with peppers or spicy chili?  These always seem to help clear my sinuses:)
