I was right- dd has pneumonia.

Just got done taking dd to the doctor and my suspicions were correct: she has pneumonia. The doctor didn't think an x-ray was necessary- she said she could clearly hear it in dd's left lung and she could do an x-ray to confirm it if I really wanted, but she personally thought there was no need to expose dd to the radiation.?

So, we've got our antibiotics and I'm sure she'll be much better once it gets into her system. ?

    poor little thing!!! just in time for the weekend, too. Maybe that is a good thing- you can have a relaxing weekend at home snuggling and tv-ing.

    Poor baby.  :(

    When Kate had it I couldn't believe how much the antibiotics helped.  She was almost herself soon after the second dose.  I hope you have similar results!

    Oh no, poor Anna.  We went through this with Emilia when she was 3 months old.  How is her breathing? Do you have to do nebulizer treatments?

    Also, if she is on a strong antibiotic, I highly recommend giving her Florostor for Kids. It is a probiotic (you get it at the pharmacy but you don't need a prescription) and it helps with the diarrhea.
