How do you clean your formal dining room table?

We bought a formal dining room table when we moved into our new house.  We use it about once a month or so.  We bought it from Haverty's so I would say that the quality is pretty good.  However, the more we use it the more you can see marks on the table.  I usually use Murphy's wipes to clean it but it's just not doing a very good job.  It's espresso and it seems to have a semigloss finish on it so I think it should clean up better then it is.  I've even tried the furniture polish that came with the table.  Here is a pic so you can get an idea of the finish:

I just use a damp cloth and follow with a dry cloth.

Well, that's great!  I just read the reviews on the table and 1 out 3 basically said that the table scratches easily.  Perfect.

I use the new dust & clean spray cleaner, I think it's Swiffer? I forget the exact name. It is lavendar scented and smells great!

I'm lazy and would probably use a table cloth.  LOL  It's a pretty table though, I'd hate to cover it up.  But, yeah.  Lazy.
