Regarding our 80s music day a couple of weeks ago...

MH worked with Debbie (who goes by Deborah these days) Gibson on Wednesday night. She was performing at his hotel.

He says that 40ish is too old to be pulling the 80s Pop Princess routine. LOL She's a bit of a diva and a drama queen. She wanted the piano moved SIX times, and wanted it refinished "so that the lights would look good". (They didn't comply with the refinishing, BTW)

She played ONE song on it, and the rest were sung along with her CD backup.

MH used to work in Vegas, so he's used to ego. It was billed as "an evening with interesting people" and included Debbie, Jerry Mathers (aka the Beaver), and a couple of sports figures I didn't recognize.
