Dash update. GOOD news!

We had our second repeat ultrasound today. Dash was a trooper. He just sat there and looked around while they massaged his head (he might've closed his eyes in ecasty once or twice, lol!)

While looking at the screen, the tech asked questions like, "did they tell you how big the IVH was?" and "any problems at home?" ... she was totally making me nervous!!

We got to the neurosurgeon's and he uploaded the ultrasound ... and put last month's up on the screen next to today's. It was SO CLEAR that the swelling went down! I got all weepy looking at it.

The our neuro, who is awesome, loved on the baby a bit and pronounced him "very pleased" with Dash's progress. He gave us a great prognosis and told me to keep doing what we've been doing ... he'll see us in 10-12 weeks!! At that point, we'll have another ultrasound and an MRI.

I feel so lucky and so incredibly blessed.
