Jumperoo/Excersaucer/both?

My parents got Michael an excersaucer for Easter and he loves it.  I've seen a lot of people talking about jumperoos recently - they are basically the same thing right?  I don't need both if he is happy with the excersaucer do I?

  • We have both and they are same but different if you have room for both I would get both it is also a nice change from thing to thing.

  • We had the jumperoo that hangs on the doorframe, and DS loved it!  I loved bouncing up and down in it, whereas he kind of just sat in the saucer and played with the toys on it.  He would stay in the jumperoo for ten minutes or so and let me get things done, whereas he was never amused for long in the saucer.

  • If you can do both do it.  My daughter loves both of them.  It is so nice to have two different places for her to play where she has so much fun.  She loved the exersaucer at first and then we took out the jumperoo.  Now sometimes when she is in the exersaucer she starts to jump.  It is really cute.
  • We have both and DS loves both.   I think the exersaucer works their brain and the jumperoo gives them exercise.
  • we have both right now. Emma is really enjoying her exersaucer- but her feet can't touch the floor yet in the Jumperoo. I'm sure in a couple months she'll love it. I think it'll be something we'll move to once she's a little more into jumping :)
