Congrats Gift for a Friend's BFP?

A girlfriend at work just told me today she got a BFP this weekend.  What would be a good suggestion for a small like congrats gift.  Maybe something that says mother on it?  Nothing big or expensive, because I will get her shower gift later when we know the sex and all that.

A friend of mine got me a pregnacy book and a nice bottle of lotion to pamper myself with. I thought that was really sweet.

A fun pregnancy book like "pregnancy sucks" or "the girlfriend's guide to pregnancy"

I usually get The Girlfriends Guide to Pregancy or Belly Laughs.  If it's a close friend I'll add in a gc for a pedi & a note to hold onto it until she can't reach her toes or something like that.

A gift card to Babies-R-Us, or her favorite restaurant.

Even if it's not much, I would have been thrilled.

Example - one of my friends once gave me a $5 gift card to my favorite restaurant. I was so touched by the fact that she not only though of me, but also remembered my favorite restaurant, that the fact that it was only $5 didn't matter at all.

I would say either a book like "What to Expect When Expecting" or a journal for Mom's.  I collect little figures so when we found out I recieved a Cheeks Angel holding a Mom banner, that's one of my favorite gifts.

I bought my close friends either the Baby Bargains book, a breastfeeding book (if I knew they were going to do that), a bella band, and a Pregnancy magazine.  There's tons of cute ideas.  Hallmark sells a picture frame that says "Tiny Miracle" on it to put an ultrasound picture in.....have fun!
