Breaks my heart!

I am working from home today for the first part of the day and the girls are downstairs with the babysitter (our nanny can't make thursday mornings so I hired another girl to supplement her hours). And Anya has been whining all morning (not like crying, but like she is unhappy), and it takes every ounce of willpower that I have to not go down there and not get the baby! Makes me want to cry that I have to work and my baby is unhappy!

I can totally sympathize.  This morning my son followed me to the door crying...it totally broke my heart!  Maybe you can take a little break and sneak down there to see them

oh no!  so sorry!  whenever my mom is here for a day and watches them so I can get some work done I am so tempted to go help her when they cry but I try to stop myself... it's really really hard!

I am SO right there with you! I actually had to give up and come into work early today because I couldn't take hearing Henry cry anymore. He's super gassy and the nanny was trying to work out the gas bubbles and he was just SCREAMING. I know she knows what she is doing but it took all my willpower not to want to go scoop him up. :-(
