monitor company mystery - solved!

We've been home a month and NO phone call from the monitor company to schedule a download.

I finally called them.

1.) They had Dash's name wrong
2.) They had his insurance info wrong
3.) They needed a referral from the pedi/a request to download, which wasn't sent

We don't have a landline, so they'll send someone out to do the download. But GAH what a clusterfvck. I'm so glad I finally called!!

oh my lord don't even get me started on monitor companies! are you by chance dealing with apria as well?? i'm sorry that they're making a mess of things! i had to micromanage every step of the way with our company! good luck!
