I'd love to know:

  • how many points you have
  • How you generally break up the points throughout the day (specific meal info would be super helpful
  • Any favorite WW snacks
  • How many pounds you've lost - I need to be inspired!
  • Do you use all of your flex points?
  • Do you use your activity points?

  • I'll answer my own questions:

    • 23/day
    • I try to eat 4 pts for breakfast, 6 pts for lunch, 6 for dinner. I use the remaining points for snacks throughout the day (one in the afternoon, one in the evening)
    • I like yogurt, Fiber One bars, & almonds. Almonds are fairly high in points but a very filling snack if I have enough points left over
    • I've lost around 6, but I've stalled & recently gained a couple back
    • I try not to use all of my flex points & have more consistent losses without using the points. It just seems like there's a special event or activity every week where I burn through a ton of points.
    • No, I try super hard not to use my activity points.
  • I eat between 2-4 points for breakfast, around 6 for lunch, 8-9 for dinner and the rest on snacks. I don't exercise so I don't earn any activity points. I generally use all 35 flex points. I've lost around 11 pounds and am on maintenance so I get 24 points per day. HTH!

  • I'll answer for before my BFP.

    When I was losing I had 18 points. When I got to my goal, I got 20 pts to maintain that weight.

    Breakfast 2-4 pts, Snack 0-2 pts, Lunch 3-7 pts, Snack 0-2 pts, Dinner 5-8 pts or whatever I had left minus 2, Snack 2 pts

    Fiber One bars, fruit/veggies, carrots and hummus.  My favorite one is Trader Joes black bean dip, it is 0 pts even if you double the serving size and if you eat it with carrots it's *almost* like chips and salsa and it's very filling for 0 points.

    I lost 27 lbs and maintained for 14 months before getting pg.

    No.  I almost never used flex points unless we were going out for a big treat like fondue or cheesecake, etc which was RARE.

  • Just wanted to add that for snacks, I like:

    yogurt, fruit leather, fruit cups, 100 packs of almost anything, carrots & ff ranch dip, fruit, 94% ff popcorn. I know my ticker says 14.5 but that was before Easter weekend! As of today, I'm down 11.

    I hit reply and forgot your questions(its late).  I have lost 15, I would like to lose a little more and MAINTAIN it...A couple of my favorites are vitamuffins, low fat english muffins/bagels, ww popcorn, ww fudgiciles, fiber one bars, fruits, veggies, chix kabob salads....
