Where do the size of baby in fruit come from?

I have seen them in a few blogs, this week your baby is the size of a blueberry, raspberry etc. What site is this from?

I've actually read it in a few books and I have seen it on the bump emails they send me and also from two other sites that send me emails which I believe is what to expect and babycenter.com

My ticker is a little a head from what the OB found, but waiting to change it until our next appointment, I have a green olive. Weird to think of.
