My dd's have started choosing outfits for themselves

and they are VERY interesting. As in, the other day they chose winter footed pj's & winter boots and today Sophie chose a pullover sweatshirt & "dancing" shoes--- her black patent leather maryjanes, no pants, skirt, etc....

So far they've just worn them in the house and are fine w/what I choose for out of the house. I'm not looking forward to the certain battle when they try to wear their choice OUT of the house!

I LOVE the little ballet outfits in your sig... where did you get them?

My DD is insistant on picking out her own clothes too.  Most mornings she gets up and gets herself dressed before we even see her.  The past two days she's actually matched!

My DD is the same way. I pull out 2 things and let ehr choose them. It's been working okay for now - but am afraid it's going to eb short-lived.
