Warning TMI: Need advice on what to do.

Girls, I just vomited. I'm trying not to panic...it came on all of a sudden. I only had coffee and an english muffin today.

I saw stars, and it was so volitile there is a small amount of blood.

Need advice on what to do.

If there was blood I would call. ?I'm sure everything is ok, but it will make you feel better to talk to the doctor I think.

Calm down, lay down and drink some water. I would get the doc to check you out as there was blood.

I doubt it's too serious, but call your doc for peace of mind. you'll be fine girl!
