since my dh quit smoking his new thing has been sunflower seeds. we literally have SIX of the huge ass bags you get at sams in the kitchen. i've been eating them nonstop. i'm going to end up with ulcers in my mouth but i just can't stop. i need help lol.

Yes! I'm in it.  I LOVE the frito lay bbq.  If you haven't tried them yet then don't- save yourself, your addiction will be worse.  I don't even really like BBQ sauce but these seeds are the best.
