ok...at the last minute, my DH has allowed Audrey to be a contender in the selection process.  So here is the final poll!  Need to decide by the end of the day!

I realize that this is a place for opinions....but please don't tell me if you don't like either name. This is not the day to hear that...my little baby is here and she needs a name! thanks!!

Congrats on the arrival of your DD!

I love Audrey Jane.  I think Audrey is beautiful and classic.  Avery reminds me of the boy from Charlotte's Web (or mailing labels), so I'm not such a fan of it.

Avery definitely reminds me of the boy from Charlotte's Web.  I'm not a huge fan of Audrey but do think it is way more classic than Avery which has gotten sooo trendy (definition:  very popular now and came out of no where; Audrey was definiely more popular than Avery for girls for decades, even though it too is popular now).  And it's clearly a girl name.

Avery is extremely trendy, and not nearly as pretty as Audrey.

I think Audrey Jane is a beautiful name.  It's classic and not overused.  I like Avery too, but I think it's too trendy.
