I'm thinking about buying some Ginger vitamins because ginger ale tastes gross to me and I need some help with morning (all day) sickness. If you are taking it, did it help and where did you buy it?
I tried ginger root capsules from GNC--be sure that you are only getting ginger. Unfortunately it didn't work for me but I know it has for others. I'm currently trying the sea bands which seems to be lessening the effects enough to where I can eat and drink a bit, though the nausea is not completely gone. GL!

I've been drinking ginger tea (the Yogi brand) which is good.
"For a long time there were only your footprints & laughter in our dreams & even from such small things, we knew we could not wait to love you forever."
I have been trying EVERYTHING and just started taking "Mommy's Bliss Morning Sickness Magic" capsules I got at Babies R Us. They contain B6, folic acid, ginger root extract and red raspberry leaf extract. It says they take about 3 to 5 days to see improvement so I will let you know. This is only my second day taking them and I do think they're helping a bit already.
I chop up a couple o small pieces of fresh ginger and swallow them as though they were a prenatal vitamin. I don't really taste it and I think it helps some. Definitely get some sea bands if you are feeling nauseous. I never want to take mine off!
Otherwise try taking B6 vitamins. My dr said they sometimes helps for people. I started taking them today so I won't be able to tell you how well they actually do the job for awhile, if they help at all.
