    It was great! Gina was obsessed with the Easter bunny, so that was fun. Plus we were at my parent's house, which is better, ha ha.

    How was yours?  Did you have the 60th bday party or is that next weekend?

    It was good. MIL was very surprised.  She was shocked that my mom and dad came to the party. 

    No Easter Bunny here, incase you didn't know the "Easter Bunny is mean and he's a boy!"

    I am LIVID at BIL/SIL.  They pissed me off all weekend and now I have to bite my lip when we go to their house next weekend for Damian's 2nd birthday party.

    Funny about the 'mean boy' Easter Bunny. I actually got a bunny pic at the mall,but don't have a scanner hooked up.

    I'm glad that your MIL was surprised.

    UGH at BIL/SIL. I think I am lucky that Frank is an only child. I hope you don't come down with something this week. I hear there are a lot of viruses going around in S Jersey preschools ;)

    65 more days including weekends,  I can't wait.  I can only hope I catch something at school this week.  Too bad half the school is out on Spring Break.  We were the only public school in the county in school today.    I want to know when it was OK to take vactation during school?  I have a kid with 30 abesents.

    Wow, that's awful! When I taught in the Bronx, they used to discharge them if they were absent too much.

    Do you get out earlier than other schools?

    Not really.  Students go 2 extra days so a total of 182.  We get out June 18. Not soon enough if you ask me.  Higher ups didn't care who showed up today because they were "punishing" us for things we did while working without our contracts.

    Yuck, contract stuff is so ugly.

    Speaking of, we should be getting ours soon. I am so nervous to see where they put me. I am HOPING for first grade again. I will cry if they put me in the upper grades (which I can't really imagine but still makes me cry)
