Jeez, I am so tired today the thought of making dinner makes me ill.  I am hoping that DH will take care of it, but if not, then leftovers it is.

I'm going to use the leftover rotisserie chicken, some broccoli, cauliflower and carrots into a homemade chicken pot pie. Stir up some biscuit dough and spread on top...hmmmm....heaven..:)

We are having spinach/ricotta/bacon stuffed chicken breasts and some veggies that I haven't decided on yet.

I'm thinking tortellini with fresh diced tomato, pesto, & shredded parmesan. Plus a salad. Maybe a glass of wine. :-)
