Leftover hashbrown casserole from yesterday's lunch, but we are adding Grands biscuits & jelly, bacon & scrambled eggs.  YUM!

Lasagna!  I made a pan last week (didn't bake it) and threw it in the freezer.  I'm getting hungry thinking about it!

A new pasta dish from the new Pampered Chef catalog...it's got penne with chicken, tomatoes, garlic, and parmesan cheese. Very yummy.

I picked up a roaster chicken (already made) at the store today. We have left over side dishes from Easter so easy for me.

Today is DH's birthday, so we are having steamed asparagus, spinach and cheese toretllini and bacon wrapped shrimp.

I've kinda just been munchy/grazing all day. DH is off to work so my technical dinner was a ham & cheese sandwich & multigrain tostitos with 7 layer mexican dip. I will probably have some salad later.
