I just got back from the gym (first time in a week!), and I feel completely energized - if that helps motivate you... And I didn't even feel guilty having a couple scoops of ice cream as a snack this afternoon. Now THAT should be some good motivation!
Yes, I am usually pretty good about the gym. I go about 3-4 days a week. I am just being super lazy today- had the day off. I ate a crap load of peanut M&Ms though so hopefully thinking about eating those will motivate me sooner than later this afternoon.
I'm no help. I'm about halfway through my bag of Cheetos white cheddar puffs, lol... with no gym intentions today!

I was in your shoes about 2 hours ago, and so I told myself - if I still feel like not being there 20 mins into my workout, then I can leave. 20 mins went by, and I still didn't want to be there so I finished up what I was doing and off I went. I feel great, and I still got 10 mins of good cardio and some decent weights in. Some days you feel like a health nut, some days you don't. Now I'm going to go have an Almond Joy because the little rip off of their jingle made me think of how yummy they are.
