I was so proud of myself. It was the first time I made a white sauce too and it was a hit at dinner at my mom's.

There is also a simple recipe on the back of the box of elbows. I forget the brand, maybe Ronzoni? Its pretty good, and very simple (nothing too fancy cheese or veggie wise).
