Haha Red- The gun im using is my favorite an old cowboy western style and my dad was gonna give it to me for christmas this year, and my mom didnt want him to because we just got married and she didnt think it was a good idea. Then we told them i was pregnant right before christmas and I was told by my mother that i was?absolutely?not allowed to have the gun anymore. haha a better safe than sorry thing i guess.
I'm available for adoption! I've always waned to shoot a gun, especially after Easter dinner (=
It really is the best tradition and we have a wide variety of?different?types of guns and any one who come to dinner gets to shoot, last year i brought 2 friends from school and they got to shoot guns for the first time ever!?
Haha, we went to the range for a couple of hours today. I was hoping to have an upper for the AK-47 that DH is helping me build, since the paintable parts are Pepto pink. Alas, uppers cannot be found, or they're outrageously expensive right now. I shot one of my little .22s until I decided I wanted to try out DH's .44 Magnum. I put one round through it and thought my wrist was going to break.
Re: Its an Easter tradition...
We have a strict 'No Guns, No Sharp Knives' rule at all of our family functions.
It reduces the likelihood of one of us actually carrying out our deep-seeded desire to kill another member of the family.?
Haha i thought he would but he must of slept right through it didn't jump around too much at all.
you do know that breathing the smoke from a gunshot contains lead..........
On the other hand I would so love to go to the range with my little pink gun.
