Does anyone have a night light in LO room? My husband thinks we should put one in DS room but I don't. DH thinks DS may be afraid in the dark but I don't think he knows to be afraid. The less stimulation the better to me...what do you guys think?
I used to keep a nightlight in DS's room but i noticed that when he woke up in the middle of the night he was more likely to play in his crib if the nightlight was on. I do have to admit that it was handy to have in there when he woke up and when he does wake up now i pray that everything is in the right place so I don't trip over anything.
We have a night light in DD's room. It's a sensor light- it gets brighter the darker it is in the room. We have it in a corner and it doesn't put out a lot of light, just enough. I'm sure DD would be fine without it but we'll keep it in there for a little while longer.
We have one, but it's in there more for me than for DS. I use it while I'm giving DS his last bottle before putting him down for the night, then turn it off after he's down.
I have a light in DD's room but its a very pale blue light that I have in a hanging lantern that stays on all the time. As a lot of the pps said, it is more for me but at least it isn't a white light and its not very bright at all.

ditto this....we just turn the light on in the bathroom by his room to give some light when we go to check on him.
Well i don't believe this at all. we have a pretty bright nightlight (its a light on the wall from ikea) and without it - sawyer wakes up in a panic - screaming bloody murder. with the light - its a totally different story.
