Oh, you mean the rash? I would think looks like a very mild heat rash. It's hard to tell from the pic though. Preston used to get this all the time. (he is a hot sleeper).

I've never seen an allergic reaction, so i'm trying to decide if it's an allergic reaction (he's on amoxicillin but he's had it before) or just a heat rash, but it's gotten worse over the last day or so for sure.
