Tonight's Dinner Menu

Consists of a Good Ol' Fashioned BBQ up in Canada-Cuba North. We've got Lamb burgers from Cumbraes Farm, chicken, snawsages..... baked potatoes, sweet potatoes and killer dense brownies and caramel/vanilla ice cream for dessert.

I should be out cold by 9pm.?

That sounds amazing. I just cleaned out our fridge. I haven't been home in a while. All we have left is garlic and butter. Of course, DH took my car so getting groceries is out till he gets home.

Manda - our butcher's blend of meats in his sausages are like no other. We probably have italian, polish and lamb.?

I am in the process of making chicken parm that has been covered in matzo meal rather than bread crumbs. Not one of my favorite things in the world but trying to make dishes for Passover is hard.
