Nursing issues

Ok this is driving me nuts. DS starts showing hunger cues so I start nursing him, a few minutes in he passes out cold (dreams), I can't get him to wake until he's ready then he wants to continue eating. Long story short, how do I get him to focus and eat until he's full rather than F-ing around on my nipples all day?

use a damp/cold washcloth, undress him, blow on his face, rub his head etc

My LO does this a lot too.  She'll nurse for 5 minutes fall asleep and as soon as I put her down she's up and hungry again.  I would try waiting a little longer to feed him instead of when he first starts showing signs.

DD was like that I had to undress her and wipe a wet cloth over her. I also tickled her nose. Sometime I had to let her sleep and  she woke up in 10 mins or so. It does get better she started to take full feedings awake about 2 weeks ago and sometimes she falls asleep but still sucks and swallows for about 30 mins.

Massage his side right under his armpit. I didnt know to do this under my LC told me and it worked wonders for DS.
