When can babies ride in jogging strollers? Suggestions on double joggers??

I totally forget - I know I remember reading something about an age with DD1, but we didn't get DD1's single stroller until she was I think 7 months anyway so it wasn't an issue then.  If we get a double jogging stroller (which I really need recommendations on anyway - I'm having such a hard time finding one I like!), is DD2 allowed to ride in it?

    Pretty sure it is 6 months.  My sis has a BOB double and likes it a lot.

    My dd (also a Sydney) rode in one at just about 6 months old.

    They have attachments you can buy for the joggers that allow you to attach the infant seat to it.

    My DS went in the jogger at around 4 months, he had great head/neck control at that point and we reclined the seat all the way.  We only ran on paved paths, so we didn't really have to worry about bumps, etc.
