    Wow, that is terrible. I work in a school that has most of its children on free and reduced lunch (that includes breakfast too). What these kids eat at school is most likely all they eat for the day. No matter WHAT a child did you dont take away food. Make them eat by themselves, but dont withhold it because they had bad behavior.

    Thats awful, and for the media to have to step in for the school to realize they are wrong, what a bunch of idiots.

    that is total crazy I lived in Philadelphia for three years and it doesn't surprise me which is said.  But the Philadelphia schools have taken a lot of power away from the teachers to discipline kids and so some how they come up with stupid things like this.  There are so many things wrong with most of those school it isn't even funny.
