I have no idea what else to have for dinner other than a ham, and green bean casserole.  So, let me see your menus ladies!

    I'm going to do a big salad, shepherd's pie, and then we have some easter candy. It's just DH, SIL, me and DS, so we're not going to have a big feast or anything :)

    We're having ham, mashed potatoes, salad, stuffing (DH loves Stove Top... LOL), rolls and maybe green bean casserole.  If not the casserole, some kind of veggies.  I'm trying to figure out what to do for dessert...

    I'm cooking for my ILs who are VERY traditional so I'm going that route. Ham (buying a Honeybaked), sweet potato casserole, roasted asparagus, salad, and rolls. Its a big yawn in my opinion, but hopefully yummy nonetheless.

    I'm doing a baked ham, yacht club potatoes, cheddar and herb biscuits, roasted sweet potatoes, green bean casserole  and bacon wrapped scallops.
