Very Runny Nose = Teething?

in Babies: 9 - 12 Months
DS has had a runny nose for almost 2 weeks.  Yesterday he had loose stools also.  Could this all be from teething even if this didn't happen when he got his two bottom teeth?

    Is he getting teeth on the top? DS always gets a runny nose when he's getting teeth on the top. As for the diarrhea, that's normal with teething. My mom still goes on and on about the horror of my brother's diaper changes when he was teething (he's now 29). Just make sure he's hydrated (maybe try some Pedialyte), and if it gets really bad, give the pedi a call.
