anyone have a baby with sens skin?

My CHUBBY son has a slight case of eczema so we use Eucerin on him after every bath and jsut when he is feeling dry.  For the last few weeks he has had an almost raw looking rash one of his folds of his neck (LOL), I have been keeping it moist but I am thinking I should let it dry up.  Any suggestions. I hav eno other concerns, no fever, he is eating fine, and pooping liek a champ.  So I dont think it is something serious???????

    I think you want to keep it dry. I have used Desitin on my DS fold before.

    Baby powder maybe? I have no other ideas, sorry :(

    well i have aquaphor and a-n-d  and i have tried both, maybe im not giving it enough time????

    Just keep it hydrated and if it seems like a rash you can put 1% hydrocortizone on it.  DS has eczema really bad and has had a rash all over his body for a week now.  Our pedi says to just keep his skin hydrated.  We use cetaphil on him.  Pedi said NO lotion only cream...something about what they put in lotions to make them come out of tube...LOL.
