My OB told me to alternate the squat positions. She said to put my feet completely together and squat down so my knees are as far apart as they'll go (sort of like when they do the internals). The second one I put my feet shoulder width apart and just squat down like that.
She said if baby is ready it could break my water! But I do about 10 of each then rest. DH has to help me because its hard getting up and down lol. Good luck though! Hopefully we're almost there ![]()

Thanks! I'll try these when I get home - it's supposed to be easier to break your water during the full moon too!
