Full moon + 4cm dilated + baby fully engaged + almost complete effacement (they said I was hanging on by a thread...w/e that means) = labor tonight?

Adding in the sex, squats, and walking, we are hoping this happens soon. My OB said she'd be really surprised if I made it to my next appointment on Monday, so please labor gods...Be good to me!

I really hope so. I feel like my pelvic bones are breaking everytime I switch positions lol. It kinda sucks to go in and find out you're so close, but nothing is happening!
