Dream feeding?

What is it? At this point my boys get their last bottle around 10. We feed them in their room in the dark, hold them a bit while they digest (mild reflux sufferers) and then put them to bed. My one DS can go right down while the other one usually needs to be bounced in his bouncy seat (which is in his crib)...yes he ?is the king. Is this dream feeding?

    Dream feeding is when you feed the baby without really rousing him.  When I transitioned DD to the crib, I would go to her before I went to bed, lift her out and BF her without waking or stimulating her, then put her back down- typically  still asleep.  This would generally give me 4-5 hours of uninterrupted sleep before she was up to nurse. 

    I found this link with a quick google search to give another perspective.  I read about it in either in the Baby Whisperer or the No Cry Sleep Solution- don't remember.   Good luck!
