They are all gorgeous names. Cute for a little girl, and just as suitable for a sophisticated adult. The only problem is that they are all a bit to common. I think I like Claire the best, or even Clara instead.
Chloe is cute, but it is a bit trendy and also I don't like names that end with an "y" sound as much..
It ends with the long e sound.
Anyway, I like all the names. Chloe was my top choice during my first pregnancy. I've outgrown it a bit but still like it. As for the trendy and popular comments, I don't ANY girls with any of these names! Of any ages! LOL. So I guess it depends on your location. GL.

This is so true. ?I was actually shocked to see Emma has been so popular for so long. ?I am a Kindergarten teacher and have never had an Emma, and I only had one Claire 7 years ago. ?I have had more Lucys and Maras. ?:)?
Emma- pretty, classic, but yeah has made a huge comeback
Chloe- Not a fan, I just think of it as a "cutesy" name
Claire- One of my favorite girl names. It is not as common/popular as everyone thinks. Most people use it for a mn. Growing up, everyone born in the late 70s and 80s seemed to have the mn Marie. However, I didn't know anyone with a first name of Marie until I got to college. Haven't met anyone with that name since! It is just like Grace, it is more commonly used for a mn but has just started to be used as fn more frequently.
Re: what do you think of these girl names?
I really like all 3 of these names! My order would be
Claire
Emma
Chole
Ditto
Emma- love, but it's very popular
Chloe- just ok??
Claire- one of my favorite names, beautiful!
I'd go with Claire!

Emma seems way too popular for me.
Chloe is also popular but not AS popular. I like this one.
