Are all nursing pads created equal?

I've decided not to BF baby # 2 due to going back to work much earlier than planned as well as not producing enough milk last time around with DS.  I know that my breasts will probably still leak while I'm waiting for them to dry up and I'm wondering which brand of nursing pads all of you BF'ing mom's would recommend and why?

I used the Gerber and Johnson & Johnson. I prefered the Gerber. They stuck to the inside of my bra better and didn't smush around when I slept. I would look at the shapes and sizes of the different brands because some may suit your body better than others.

www.artsyfartsyfoofoo.etsy.com makes some GREAT nursing pads.  They have a waterproof layer made of the same fabric cloth diaper covers are made from... and they're reusable.

I have the Gerber washable ones and LOVE them. They don't scrunch up and are easy to use/care for.
