Hey- I posted this below in your moving post, but I was just wondering if maybe there was an incentive I wasn't aware of! If so, I may be moving too!

One question- if you have a starter home already, how would you get the 1st time home buyers credit? GL with everything!!!

No -- there's no way to get the credit if you?re not a first-time buyer.  I just meant that in our market, starter homes are selling pretty well because of the credit and because our market hasn?t been affected that much by the economy.
