Pain 4-mo after C-Section

Over the last week, I've had some pain under my incision. the last two days, I've had some bad pain on my left side, similar to an ovarian cyst (but i'm breastfeeding). Also, it feels like something is being pushed up under my ribs. Doctor said to use mortin and heat for now and can see me Monday and go to ER if pain gets excrutiating. The pain is not excrutiating, but its not just a dull pain. I am in quite a bit of pain. Should I go to the urgent care center or the ER? Should i wait it out and see if it gets worse?

    Is the pain worse than when you talked to your doctor?  If it is, I would probably go in, or at a minimum, call your doctor.
