Now he has a rash

I don't know what is going on with DS.  Last Thurs he had an ear infection then fri and sat he ran a fever, sun and mon he had vomiting and diarrhea. Yesterday he seemed better and this morning he woke up with little red spots on his tummy and bottom.  I put caladryl and they went away.  What could this be?  Is it all related?  Should I call the doc (again)?
