Anyone want to help?  I have a formal dinner (not sure how formal) in a few weeks.  I have NO clue what kind of dress I need/want.  Any ideas where to start looking.  Oh, and to make it interesting/harder my price rage is under $60/$70.

I am a big fan of www.whitehouseblackmarket.com and www.anthropologie.com and both of those websites have a sale section with some cute dresses. White House Black Market has dresses that you can easily wear over and over again to formal events. GL!
