If you drink soda...

How many do you have a day? A week? I used to only drink about one can a week and now that I am on WW, I am drinking like 1-2 cans of diet soda per day, which seems like a lot to me but it keeps me from snacking on things I shouldn't!

    2 or 3 a day. I am a terrible Diet Coke addict.

    I don't drink soda very often, but a tall glass with ice and a diet coke or Coke Zero is always nice treat to me for some reason. LOL

    I stopped buying soda for the house and now only drink it when we go out to eat or if I stop at the gas station I'll occassionally pick one up.  I really try to order water though and not drink it.

    I drink 2 diet Cokes a day but I need to wean off the caffeine eventually
