Okay here's my fundraiser idea for my art program at school:
-Order resusable canvas totes with some school(ish) art something on them.
-Then let the kids (or do it for the kids that are too young) tie dye the bags in class.
I'm thinking I could sell this for $5-10 dollars.
Do you think the price is okay? Would you buy this for your kid if your school sold it?
I am so over the traditional cookie dough and rapping paper fundraisers but I need $$ for next year! Gosh darnit it takes money to have a fabulous art program! :-) I did one of those order your kids cute picture on a coffee mug and other swag fundraiser and it brought in a bit of money but not enough. What do you think? And it's even kind of eco friendly.
Re: Tell me what you think of this fundraiser idea.

Cute idea! Also, did you know that ChicoBag has a funraising program?

I like it...
One thing my sons school did for a fundraiser was have an art show with the kids worked mounted on black paper and displayed and then had a dessert auction. They also made blank gift cards with their artwork printed on them. Those sold like crazy.
