Anyone have a good book recommendation?

I like suspense and romance intertwined.  I've recently read all the Twilight books, Sookie Stackhouse series, and Gemma Doyle Trilogy.  Also, Good In Bed, which is totally different.

I love most of the Jodi Picoult books.  The Pact is my favorite of her books.

Do you like Jodi Picoult?  I've read most of her books.  My Sister's Keeper is my favorite.  I want to read her new one Handle with Care as well.  I liked The Memory Keeper's Daughter and Family Tree by Barbara Delinsky was really good!

Have you read the sequel to "Good in Bed," -- "Certain Girls"?  I likes that. Also like "Little Earthquakes" by the same author.

Not really what you described, but I recently finished The 10 Year Nap (Meg Wolitzer) which was really good, and Ann Patchet's Run. Right now I am reading The Red Tent, and am apparently the last person on earth to do so.

I also love all of Tom Perotta's ad Barbara Kingsolver's books...

The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman.

It's in the kids/young readers sections.

It is honestly one of the most creative, innovative novels I have ever read.
