I was wondering if anyone else was having the same problem I am having. I am starving, but everything sounds gross to me! And when I do find something that sounds good, I don't feel well after eating it. The only thing that I have found are fruit smoothies and a bagel. However, at work, we do not have a toaster, nor a blender. Does anyone have any suggestions on some easy lunch ideas? (We do have a microwave at least)

I am right there with you. My mouth waters until I actually put some food in it.
I have been having frosted mini wheats and skim milk.
I also have been forcing down fiber bars to combat that other lovely digestive issue.
?
i am the same way and am hoping it goes away soon. i find that bagels, cereal and mac and cheese are safe for me. i worry because the thought of meat makes me sick but my DR said thats fine the vitamins are taking care of it.
i hope we all feel better soon.
I'm not really turned off at all by food. I've been able to eat and eat, and well, eat. I find that the only time I feel sick is when I'm hungry. Therefore, I eat something about every 2 1/2 hours. Fresh pineapple is my fave snack right now. So good!
If nothing sounds good to you, I'd stick with some crackers, cereal, granola bars, etc. Nothing with too much flavor.
haha! thats the same thing i crave. Jamba Juice everyday! i Must have cold fruit in any shape or form! I bring strawberries, grapes, oranges to work and put them in the fridge.
I have a Jamba juice like 3 times a week too! Its somthing about the coldness and not being so heavy. its the only thing i dont get sick to my stomach on.
I was told to try to eat foods rick in stuff, stay away from fried foods, etc. So i found cold turkey sandwiches have been good. Helps with my carb crave and cold crave...plus gives my protien. I find when i force my self to eat protien...i dont feel as sick. It maybe just me.
xoxo
Good luck!
I have been feeling the same way for a while now and I thought it was just me! This is my 2nd pregnancy but the first one was 10 years ago! I am always hungry and when I do eat I feel very sick, so I have been trying to snack but the only thing that I like right now is pretzels! Crackers are too bland for me. I try eating yogurt and that grosses me out too! To make matters worse my Hubby gets upset when I don't eat and says I'm starving the baby! :-(
I just pray this gets better for all of us; and I'm happy to know I'm not alone!
FYI about the turkey sandwich...
I went to a 'nurses consult' last week to get some of my tests done before I see the doctor and they informed me that LUNCH MEAT, of all things, can be dangerous and has the potential to carry lysteria. You have to heat it up really really well in the micro before eating it....
I really had no idea so I was happy to learn this info. Just thought I'd share in case anyone else didn't know about this.
