What can you make with hamburger?

I just cleaned our freezer out and we have a ton of frozen ground beef.  Now I'm trying to plan a menu for the next week or so and want to use what we have in the freezer, but I'd like some new ideas.  What can you make with hamburger?  Here's what we usually do:

 Tacos, enchaladas (sp?), chili, hamburgers, BBQs, meatloaf

Any new ideas?

I love to make meatballs, quick cook them, then flash freeze in batches. Makes for a super quick meal later on. OH! And stick a chunk of mozz or fontina cheeze in the middle of the meatball...delish.

Sloppy Joes-

Brown ground beef, add onions- then add ketchup and mustard for the sauce.

SOOOOOOO easy- Get some premade pie crust, brown the meat and put it in the bottom crust. top it with shredded cheese (i use chedder and usually one or 2 others), some salt and pepper. put the top crust on, and bake according to pie directions

Ohhh this sounds neat! We just bought 4lbs of ground beef (yay for Sam's Club!) and now I know what I'm doing with one of those pounds.

The brand, Old El Paso, has this boxed thing in the taco aisle that is called "Taco Bake". It's really good!!  U just need ground beef to make it. I usually use a bag of shredded cheddar cheese on it too.
