what color should I paint with this bedding??  maybe color match at home depot to the lighter blue to bring out the blue in the bedding?

I would do a light blue.  There's a lot of dark green, brown and blue in the bedding so you need something to balance out the dark colors.

I would definitely go with either the light blue or one of the other softer colors that isn't so prominent in the bedding.  If you paint the walls sage green, you'll have a LOT of green in the room.  Very cute bedding btw!!!

I would go for a lighter tan/beige as a neutral since there is so much color in the bedding.

do you have a chair rail or would you consider putting one up? i would consider doing the medium blue on the bottom and a tan/beige on top then.
