It took us 9 months to get pg. I was on BC for almost 11 years. I never envisioned it would take us so long, but we are overjoyed with how everything worked out.
Off BCP for 3 months (Nov/Dec/Jan), TTC starting February, conceived March. For over 33 and being on the pill since 17, I was quite pleasantly surprised!
I went off BCP in January got my last pill period January 16th, got a VERY LIGHT 3 day period feb 21st and got my bfp 4/2...so I guess 2 months...MUCH quicker than I thought...my dh and I were on the let the pill get out of my body kick before we really try ttc, but I guess we really didn't have to wait...good luck!
8 months and one cycle of Clomid with my last pregnancy. This time I never went back on BC after DS because my cycles were so messed up the last time. We got pregnant without trying
Went off the pill right before our Dec. 20th wedding. Had 3 periods in Jan., and 2 in Feb. Got BFP March 19th. I thought it would take longer esp. with all my periods.
Technically it took me 2 months, but the first month my hubby and I weren't trying too hard. Personally I like to think of it as 1 month. I wasn't charting, though I knew around the times that would be best for ovulation. I didn't clue my hubby in on this b/c he likes spontaneity. Lucky for us, he was spontaneous on the right days. I feel very lucky and blessed.
