I am not complaining though... I'm just glad I can finally figure out my cycles. After being on BCP for so long, I forgot how painful my regular cramps were. OUCH! Now I remember why I went on BCP in the first place. I think I have to find a new Dr. since mine told me I was in menopause and I would say now that I am having regular periods again I am absolutly NOT in menopause.... So, just grateful for AF. Hopefully though I will be getting a BFP soon so I don't have to endure these cramps for a while....
Of course wishing everyone else luck too!
Re: AF has arrived
I am glad she showed up to get you on your way...GL!
Cramps suck!
I hope we both get rid of ours soon for about a year!?
I get bad cramps, too. Usually one month is bad, then the next month really bad. Then back to just bad again...which feels pretty good compared to the really bad ones!
Ibuprofen and having DH give me massages makes me feel a lot better.

Okay, what just happened??? The Bump just went crazy and multiple posted my last response!
So weird.....
Hi there. Even though AF is a major pain in the @ss, at least you know that you are regular and not in pre-menopause.
You know, some of these doctors amaze me!!! About 3 years ago I decided that I woud stop BCP to see if I was still menstruating normally. After about 6 or 7 months of regular periods, I had a regular period followed by about 14 days of bleeding. My doctor was SURE that I was in pre-menopause and made me go back on BCP....which did not stop the bleeding by the way. It turned out I had a uterine infection which had nothing to do with pre-menopause, just one of those things.
So, he made me get back on BCP for nothing. All based on his assumption.
I have read that ibuprofen can delay O, but since I O early, I'm not too worried. A bit of a delay could be a good thing for me. I do avoid it after O. Tylenol doesn't stand a chance against my cramps!
