I tried to go naturally and after a week of bleeding (heavy a couple days with cramping), I still had tissue so took misoprostol. I'm pretty sure I passed the tissue last weekend even though it wasn't too painful. Since then I've had this pinkish brown mucus when I wipe but no real period like bleeding. I've been having what feels like ovulation pains the past few days. I know it varies for each woman and it says most get their period 4-6 weeks after a miscarriage but is that counting from when the bleeding started, when the tissue was passed or when the bleeding/spotting completely stopped? Is it possible that I could ovulate while still spotting? Technically its been three weeks since I first started to miscarry, but only 1 week since I passed the last of the tissue.

Re: When is a m/c technically over?
My doc told me it's only a period if it's been no bleeding a min of 20 days from when the bleeding/spotting ENDED. ?She also said if you're still spotting after the 5-10 days for a miscarriage, call your doc.
I've also heard from many sources, don't try again till your periods are regular again (because it's difficult to get a EDD)?so I hope you're not wondering if you're ovulating for that reason...?
